It was amazing working with Melissa! Since we were first-time homebuyers, we really needed someone who put our best interests first. Melissa exceeded all our expectations. She went above and beyond and even provided comfort and encouragement to us through the entire process. We wouldn't have been able to purchase our forever home without her help.

I met Sarah at an open house and was really impressed with her approach. She was clearly knowledgeable and ready to help, but was not at all pushy or "sales-y". She followed up by email quickly after the open house, outlining all the ways she could help with our search without being intrusive, which was great; it helped me feel like she wanted our business. I knew my husband would respond well to her style, so that in addition to her knowledge level made Sarah an easy choice when selecting an agent.

During the sale everything went smoothly and we felt informed at all times, without being overwhelmed with communication. Sarah really was fantastic. She was very patient with us changing our minds about a million times, and then ultimately not buying a house but deciding to build. She was knowledgeable in this area as well, and was instrumental in us picking a builder that we've been having another great experience with.

We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Thyna Rodriguez. We were firts-time home buyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We met with a couple of realtors before Thyna, but we knew instantly that she was the one for us. She is honest and very informative and communicative.

I am not sure if I would recommend Centrury 21, but I would recommend Melissa and whatever she would be, she was so respectful, patient, emphasized, always responded the same questions over and over again. She is great!!!!

Sarah was a huge asset when it came to purchasing our house. It took us some time to figure out exactly what we wanted, and Sarah was patient during the whole process. When it came to finding new properties, setting up showings, and ultimately negotiating a purchase, I felt like we had the perfect person on our team. Sarah went above and beyond what I expected a realtor to do. She genuinely wanted us to find the "perfect house" to meet our needs.

Mellissa Martinez went above and beyond when serving as my realtor. She got me into houses very quickly, submitted bids promptly and she connected me with lenders and insurance companies that were very responsive when it was time critical. I cannot say enough good things about her.

Sarah was great to work with and a true professional throughout the sale of our home. I would recommend her to anyone. We very much enjoyed working with her and will miss her as a friend. Sarah has excellent communication and was always easy to contact in case we had questions.

The entire sales process went very smooth and Sarah made it look easy.

Melissa went above and beyond to help me find a home. She was aware of exactly what I was looking for. She did fantastic knowing I was only in town every other weekend until I sold my home, that was two hours away. She worked around my schedule. She was very receptive to all my questions, she was thorough and prompt to have all of them answered. Melissa walked me through everything and made sure I understood it all. She stayed on top of deadlines and kept me informed. If there was something she did not know, she always had an answer for me within a day.

I will definitely ask her to help me find a home in the future if the need should arise. I will also recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home! She is awesome!!!

Melissa Martinez understands what people want and what is (and also what isn't) desirable in today's market. She does the leg work for the buyer, so they know when they have a good deal in front of them. I will definitely trust her advice in the future, and list or purchase with her.
